How would you evaluate the results of your work in 2024? What achievements of PIN-UP Partners are you particularly proud of?

Our greatest achievement remains the strong interest in working with us, both from partners and within our HR processes. For example, if a large team works in the gambling industry, PIN-UP will be the first affiliate program they want to collaborate with. The same goes for professionals in the industry — they actively seek out opportunities within our holding.

The nominations and awards we’ve received only emphasize that PIN-UP Partners is a leader in a highly competitive market. What new approaches and/or tools did you implement in 2024 for working with partners? Which brought the best results?

There are two key factors that significantly improved our collaboration with partners this year:

  • Revamped traffic acquisition process: Previously, we required a 30-day testing period to assess traffic quality. Now, we’ve accelerated this process: after 100 FDs, we analyze the results within two weeks. If everything checks out, we quickly increase the cap. This allows us to offer partners top-tier conditions — higher rates, larger caps, and rapid scaling.
  • Overhauled team motivation system: We restructured the way we motivate our team while also improving communication with other departments. I can confidently say that we now work more effectively and profitably — both for the company as a whole and employees.

In 2024, we truly focused on promotions, which received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our partners. For instance, campaigns like LOVE.CONVERT.WIN with its romantic theme and "Holidays in Mexico" were particularly memorable.

However, the highlight of the year was undoubtedly Limitless Eight. This unique promotion was executed in three stages, and we’re now wrapping up the final stage. We raised the stakes: 50 winners will receive unique prizes, and the top performer will drive away in a luxurious Ferrari Roma sports car.

Any “top-list” is always subjective — partners might have one ranking, while advertisers might see things slightly differently. For us, any event is, first and foremost, an opportunity to connect with partners in an informal setting — to step out of the usual work chat dynamic. At these events, we’re more like friends and colleagues, and only after that, partners. This helps us better understand what "hurts" and what people’s priorities are.

Of course, we attended numerous international conferences (iGB Live, AW Budapest, SBC Summit, SiGMA Malta, AW Asia, and many others), where we not only exchanged insights with representatives from different markets but also positioned ourselves as a reliable partner.

The level of industry events has truly risen, becoming more vibrant, detailed, and well-organized. This is especially evident at large-scale PIN-UP events. Making precise predictions is always tricky because the affiliate marketing market evolves so quickly that most forecasts either become irrelevant or come true faster than expected. So, here’s our advice: buckle up and enjoy the ride!

To answer more seriously, one of the key trends for the next year will be quality traffic, with organic search as its foundation. We expect 2025 to be a year of building strong SEO teams capable of generating stable and converting traffic.

As for GEOs, LatAm is the most promising region right now, with Mexico showing the most consistent growth. In 2025, the volume of traffic acquisition in Mexico is likely to grow even further. Additionally, we’ve recently opened Ecuador, which is already attracting significant interest from partners.
