Meta announced a new update to the Threads Marketing API that expands how partners and advertisers can work with Threads ad features and management tools. Social Media Today frames it as a way to help marketers build more advanced in-app presence. That may sound technical, but for performance buyers it usually means one thing first: better workflow access.

Platforms do not really become interesting for arbitrage until campaign management gets more mature. Better API access usually means better tooling, cleaner integrations, and more serious testing potential. Threads is not suddenly turning into a massive direct-response machine overnight, but each backend update like this reduces friction for buyers who want to test fresh inventory before it gets crowded. And in arbitrage, early testing on underpriced surfaces is still one of the few edges nobody can automate for you.
