Marketcall features, and traffic monetization schemes. It's gonna be hot!
Marketcall pays affiliates for qualified calls related to automotive, real estate, insurance, and other services. Whether you get paid depends on the caller meeting the offer requirements and the advertiser approving the inquiry. Here’s a look at the network’s verticals, how to launch a campaign, and how to work out whether your traffic is profitable.
What Is Marketcall?
Marketcall is an international affiliate network that has been operating since 2015. Its primary model is pay per call: affiliates earn a commission for a qualified phone call. The platform also supports CPL and CPA, with the payable action determined by the offer.

For a pay-per-call offer, you direct prospects to a tracking phone number assigned to your campaign. Marketcall attributes the call to your campaign, and the advertiser checks it against its criteria. These might include the caller’s location, whether they are interested in the required service, and whether they are contacting the advertiser for the first time.
You can also work with lead forms: collect contact details, submit them to the system, and use a call center for initial outreach. What happens next depends on the offer and may involve screening against a questionnaire, a conversation with the sales team, and verification of the required action.
The Russian and international operations have different offers and payment terms. The network covers the following verticals:
| Market | Example offers |
|---|---|
| Russia | Real estate, automotive, debit and credit cards, microloans |
| United States | Insurance, debt settlement, home repair and maintenance, flight bookings |
An individual offer may target a specific city, state, or list of ZIP codes. Checking only the country in the campaign name is not enough.
Offers and Payout Rates
Marketcall does not have a single payout rate for all calls. The amount depends on the offer and the advertiser’s requirements. Some offers have fixed rates; others use dynamic payouts.
Here are two examples from the US catalog:
| Offer | Payout per qualified call | Minimum duration | Cap and hold period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Debt Settlement 10K — debt settlement services | $61.01 | 90 seconds | 100 calls per day; 7-day hold |
| Pest Control Bundle — pest control services | $56 | 120 seconds after the voice menu | 10 calls per day; 7-day hold |
For Debt Settlement 10K, the caller must be interested in settling credit card debt or unsecured personal loan debt. The minimum debt is $10,000. Repeat inquiries are not payable, and calls about student loans or tax debt do not qualify.
Pest Control Bundle accepts inquiries from specified ZIP codes in Colorado, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington. Residential properties qualify; commercial buildings do not. Existing customers and requests for services outside the approved list are also rejected.
Meeting the minimum call duration is only one requirement. The first offer depends on the type and amount of debt; the second depends on the address and the pest control service requested. Promote an offer too broadly, and you could generate plenty of conversations without getting paid.
How to Calculate Profitability
Compare the payout per approved call with the cost of generating all incoming calls. You’ll need the approval rate: the share of calls that ultimately qualify for payment.
Suppose you test an offer paying $56. You generate 100 calls, of which 30 are approved, and spend $1,500 on ads. This is a hypothetical calculation, not a Marketcall campaign result.
Your earnings would be 30 × $56 = $1,680. After ad spend, that leaves $180, or a 12% ROI on ad spend alone. Paid tools, fees, and team costs would reduce the profit further.
At a 30% approval rate, each incoming call generates an average of $56 × 0.3 = $16.80. That is your break-even acquisition cost before other expenses. If it costs more to generate a call, scaling at the same performance levels will increase your losses.
Assess the results after calls have been reviewed: amounts on hold can still change.
How to Launch a Marketcall Campaign
Start by registering as an affiliate. The international signup form asks for your first name, last name, email, and password. Offer access and campaign approval are separate steps: having an account does not mean your ads have been approved.
Once you log in, choose an offer that fits your traffic source.

Then follow these steps:
- Read the offer terms. Check the payable action, GEO, call acceptance hours, and cap—the maximum number of calls accepted. Review permitted traffic sources and the criteria for non-qualified calls separately.
- Create a campaign. Specify the traffic sources you intend to use.
- Assign a phone number. Choose a number in the system and link it to the campaign. You’ll place it in your ads or on your landing page.
- Submit your materials for approval. Add landing page links, ad copy, banners, and other creatives. If you use your own call center, prepare an explanation of the workflow and a call script.
- Wait for campaign approval. If the materials are rejected, address the feedback and resubmit them. If you change an approved creative, submit the updated version for approval before running it.
Account for the advertiser’s operating hours when launching. If an offer accepts calls on a US schedule, set ad delivery according to the specified time zone. Your creative may be approved, but a call outside business hours can still fail to qualify.
Tools for Traffic and Lead Processing
Marketcall provides tools for landing pages, calls, and data transfer. Some tools are available directly in the platform, while others integrate with your website or tracking software.
Call tracking and phone numbers. You can review call recordings, search transcripts for keywords, and assess lead quality and operator performance.

Landing pages and callback widget. You can use ready-made landing pages, park domains, and add a free callback widget. The widget’s appearance can be customized to match your site.

API and postbacks. You can submit leads through the API, configure postbacks for TikTok and Facebook Conversions API, connect Calltouch, and import leads through Albato.
Call recordings and transcription. You can review call recordings, search transcripts for keywords, and assess lead quality and operator performance.
Call Centers and Bundles
If you collect contact lists, you can use Marketcall’s call center for initial outreach or handle it yourself. Operators ask questions based on the offer requirements and pass qualifying leads to the next stage.
The advertiser’s sales team then contacts the prospect again and evaluates the inquiry. The lead subsequently goes through verification during the hold period. Leads can drop out at any stage: someone may not answer, decline the service, or fail to meet the requirements.
A bundle groups several similar offers. When Marketcall’s call center processes a contact list, a contact may be routed to a suitable offer within the group. This is useful when the prospect’s needs fit several advertisers whose requirements differ.
Permitted Traffic and Reasons for Rejection
Check traffic sources for each offer individually. For example, Pest Control Bundle allows paid search, SEO, and social media, but prohibits Craigslist, Facebook* Marketplace, and Google My Business. Bidding on branded search terms and using dynamic keyword insertion are also prohibited.
These rules apply to that specific offer. You cannot extend them to the entire catalog or assume any source is permitted by default.
A rejected call may appear in your reports as a rejected lead. Check the reason against the offer terms: a repeat inquiry, incorrect GEO, an ineligible service, or insufficient call duration.
For the international operation, you have two business days to appeal after a call receives a Refused or Non-Qualified status. Save the call ID, the relevant offer requirement, and your reasons for requesting a review, then send them to your manager. An appeal does not guarantee payment.
Under the Russian platform’s rules, artificially generated calls and incentivized traffic can result in a permanent ban without payment of the remaining account balance. The international operation has its own agreement and sanctions process.
International Operation
You can withdraw earnings from approved inquiries. Funds on hold may appear in your balance but remain unavailable for withdrawal until verification is complete.
Russian Operation
For individual entrepreneurs and limited liability companies, bank transfers to business accounts are available with daily payouts. Electronic wallets have a stated weekly payment schedule.
Confirm the payment method and minimum withdrawal for your Russian account before testing. Factor this into your working capital: ad costs begin immediately, while your first withdrawal may require you to accumulate a certain balance and number of approved calls.
International Operation
Payment methods include ACH, Wire, Check/eCheck, PayPal, and Payoneer. Under version 1.5 of the agreement, a new account’s first withdrawal requires at least $300 and 10 approved calls or other payable actions. Subsequent withdrawals start at $100.
Once the hold period ends, you can submit a withdrawal request. It goes through an anti-fraud review, after which funds are usually sent within 1–2 business days of approval. The time it takes to receive them depends on the payment method.
Payment provider fees and currency conversion costs are deducted from the payout. If an advertiser disputes a lead or fails to pay, credited earnings may be adjusted. Track reported earnings separately from the money you actually receive.
Marketcall Reviews
English-language reviews present a mixed picture. On Affpaying, positive reviewers describe consistent payouts, helpful managers, and ways to monetize existing search traffic. These are individual accounts, not independently verified campaign results.
On Trustpilot, some reviewers praise reporting and onboarding support. Others allege withheld payments, account closures, unclear setup guidance, or campaign approval disputes.
One June 2026 complaint concerns traffic sent before final approval. The reviewer says they generated calls before their campaign was rejected. Marketcall responds that the account it identified contained a campaign declined before any payable traffic was recorded. The public exchange does not establish which version of events is accurate.
A detailed review naming the offer, GEO, traffic source, and outcome of a dispute is more useful than brief praise or an accusation. A Russian real estate offer and a US insurance offer have different requirements, so one campaign cannot represent the entire network.
Who Is Marketcall Best Suited For?
Marketcall is worth considering if you have traffic for services people choose through a phone consultation, such as real estate, automotive, insurance, or home repair. Experience with local demand, call center schedules, and lead quality will be useful here.
Start with one offer and a traffic source you understand. Calculate the cost per approved call, wait for the first batch to be reviewed, and compare earnings with costs. Then decide whether to increase the budget or change the campaign setup.
